This quiet waterfront home is located 15 minutes from downtown Olympia on a quiet 3 mile loop with minimal traffic, if any. This is a beautiful area for a walk to enjoy the woods and scenery.

 

There is a grass lawn path that leads down to a large sandy beach with a huge area to play on the beach with your kids, family or friends. We have a kayak and standup paddle boards available. Come and enjoy a slice of The Pacific Northwest!
 

The house is located approximately 300’ from the waters edge behind the owners home. This rental home is a 2 story with water views from the master. There is a grass path that leads to the beach just past the front house. The house itself is not directly on the water.

Guest Access

We have a hot tub located 5’ from waters edge with a fireplace overlooking the bay and access to the beachfront and water anytime.

You can park at least 4 cars in the driveway and there is a partial fenced in yard for privacy. Also, a second fire place is located in the fenced in area in case you do not want to venture to the beach for a fire.
